We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, wedding details, guest lists, and any other information you enter into ZenWedding. We also collect photos that you or your guests upload to your wedding gallery.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the ZenWedding service. We use it to:

• Display your wedding information and guest list
• Send RSVP notifications when guests respond
• Store and display photos in your gallery
• Send you important account notifications

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't sell your guest list to vendors, florists, photographers, or anyone else. Your wedding data stays yours.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We use secure cloud infrastructure to store your data. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.

Data Retention

Your wedding data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@zenwedding.com.
